Indiana County’s parks and trails system is one of the best in Pennsylvania with over 64 miles of rails to trails.


 

In addition, three regional parks, four historic sites, three natural areas and four covered bridges are located throughout the county providing scenic and natural beauty.

Yellow Creek State Park is a great recreation spot where visitors can enjoy a sand beach, picnicking, fishing, geocaching, hunting and educational programs.

 

The park features a 720-acre lake for boaters and anglers, three hiking trails and 18 miles of single track mountain bicycle trails.
